Lion Philip Hutchinson who organised the day-long Swimarathon with the local schools and sports organisations taking part. Sponsorship is divided between the swimmers and the Lions. We hope to raise over £3000.

The winning Peace Poster for our Lions district was painted by Ellie Barbosa of Richard Coates Middle School in Ponteland, the first time this school has had a winner.
