Expressions of Interest from Developers
Initial expressions of interest are invited from suitable Developers who wish to be considered for inclusion on the pre-qualification list for the above project. The complete Design Brief will be sent to interested parties and a formal expression after considering the document should be made by the end of June 2008, with Designs and Plans to be submitted by the end of September 2008. After consideration and short listing, the chosen designs will be put out to public consultation by the end of December 2008.
Expressions of interest should be sent to Joanne Luther, Principal Regeneration and Partnership Officer, Castle Morpeth Borough Council, Council Offices, Longhirst Hall, Longhirst, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 3LR, or by email to Joanne.Luther@castlemorpeth.gov.uk to be received no later than Friday 18th April 2008.
