Ponteland Embroiderers Guild meet in St. Mary’s Church Hall once a month. We are a group of ladies that enjoy a wide range of embroidery styles and other related crafts. We invite speakers to come to our meetings throughout the year and enjoy regular demonstrations. Our speakers bring many items to show us inspiring us to try something different. The afternoons are always relaxed and friendly with time for a cup of tea and a chat to discuss our interests. During the year we arrange day workshops so that we can ask tutors to teach a variety of new or old well loved embroidery crafts. There is also the opportunity to attend workshops held by Regional and National Groups of the Embroiderers Guild.
